Czech brand VAGNER Fishing celebrates international success.
Czech company Vágner Corporation s.r.o. won a prestigious award at an international trade fair in Budapest.

The Czech brand Vágner Fishing, founded by Jakub Vágner, one of the most respected experts in freshwater fish fishing in the world, has achieved extraordinary success at the prestigious Angling International Live Budapest 2024 trade fair. However, the company, which draws on the rich 25 years of experience of its founder, has only been on the market for three years, so winning four major awards can be considered a global success.

At the fair in Budapest, which was attended by distributors, dealers and owners of fishing companies from all over the world, the contest included innovative products of companies focused on fishing gear and equipment. Of the six products entered into the competition by Vágner Corporation s.ro., two products won second place and four won the highest award.

The first award-winning product, in terms of fishing equipment is the Magic V-Baitcast 10 > rod.
The second is the Bagrus 5000 > drag reel.
The other first place winner was the UV Skin T-shirt > with UPF 50+ protection, which was developed in cooperation with Bushman and their team of technologists.

The biggest success is the first place in the category of the best innovation of the year, where the VAGNER Fishing brand succeeded with its completely plastic-free packaging material.

Vágner Corporation s.r.o. also established new contacts with international distributors at the fair and concluded important partnerships for further expansion into foreign markets. In the future, the company plans to focus on expanding its portfolio to include the development and production of new products.

The VAGNER Fishing brand will continue to innovate and focus on sustainability in the development of new products that will be introduced at the next international fairs in 2025.
