UV Skin T-shirt

The UV skin T-shirt has UPF 50+ protection, reflective elements, and special face protection – a hood with a detachable perforated tunnel. The catfish skin motif, typical of the entire VAGNER collection, is light this time; so that you don't get too hot in it. 

The men's UV skin T-shirt is in accordance with regulation EU 2016/425. This product provides protection against ultraviolet radiation and meets the AS/NZS 4399:2017 standard. The long-sleeved UV Skin T-shirt with print was specially made of material with a protective UV factor of 50+ and in a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. It thus provides effective protection against the harmful component of solar radiation and reliably protects not only while fishing. 

The UPF number reveals what part of UV radiation penetrates through the clothing. A factor of 50 therefore means that it allows only one fiftieth of the radiation that falls on the fabric to pass through (i.e. 2%). Consequently, the skin underneath will turn red in 50x longer time than it would without this protection, and 97.5 to 98% of the radiation is blocked. 

For maximum protection, however, it is still advisable to use sunscreen at regular intervals so that skin protection is 100%. The clothing does not protect uncovered parts of the body! Also remember that individual self-protection time varies depending on radiation intensity, latitude, season and time of day, weather and radiation reflection, and the extent of air pollution.
