The ORIGIN V-STATIC 28 rod is designed for stationary fishing from the shore or a boat. It is ideal for catfish fishing with buoys, break-lines, or sub-floats.

This longer version is suitable for larger venues and long-distance bait deployment, which true catfishing demands. The rod has a perfect parabolic action yet is built to have enough power in the hookset and keep lines ready above the water surface. This is how you catch a trophy catfish.
