I remember very well the times when I was a kid and had a lot of time and little money. I was always fishing and dreaming of one day buying my dream catfish rods. I took various part-time jobs to make my dream come true one day. At that time, however, catfishing was in its infancy and the really good equipment was completely out of my reach financially. Young boys today experience the same stories.

Catfishing may have progressed miles, but the boys' dreams remain the same. That's why I decided to create a comprehensive line of rods that would be affordable for young and beginning catfish anglers.

These rods cannot be compared to the Magic series. They are not so thin and light, but they are still suitable for modern techniques and meet the demands of trophy catfish fishing. I called the series "Origin", for obvious reasons.

In this series, you will find 8 rod models that have been tested all year long on hundreds of big fish without compromise. Two for stationary fishing, four rods for vertical fishing and two for bellyboat fishing. We have made vertical and bellyboat rods in spin and baitcast versions. I firmly believe that the quality and affordability of these rods will please everyone who wants to start catfishing or at least give it a go.
